Plotline for Akudama Drive Season 1
Akudama are highly skilled criminals who are given a message by an anonymous client asking them to release Cutthroat, a death row inmate, before the execution. To rescue the men, four Akudama answer the challenge by descending into Kansai Police Headquarters.
Once inside, however, they realize that the job is part of a larger plan by their client to have them all work together on an even bigger task: to steal valuable cargo from the vault at the front train’s station and infiltrate Shinkansen.
A normal girl was arrested for a minor offense, but she is forced to appear like a Swindler and a low-ranking Hoodlum who was accidentally released from jail during the initial heist.
They must work together in order to complete the task and get their large payday. Swindler joined the raid later. She was unable continue the raid after the season ended. Courier asked Courier for help to transport all the children and to give them money.
Swindler was used as a decoy, and she fought the executioners as Courier fled. Swindler, however, was killed during the battle. Courier was also killed in battle, but all children were safe by then.

Akudama Drive Season 2 – Renewal Status
As we have already mentioned, Akudama Drive’s first season was a very successful anime series. It received an overwhelming response from the public. This comment highlights the great visuals and the decent storyline. These stories are refreshing for anime fans who don’t want to be bored by the usual slice of life or romance anime story.
