Emi Fukukado, Member of the House of Assembly for the riding of Mount Pearl North, is a comprehensive politician. She has been involved in politics since she was a teenager and has held a number of positions in the government. Fukukado is currently the Minister of Health and Community Services. Fukukado’s experience as a politician makes her an effective leader. She understands the needs of her constituents and is able to work with other members of government to get things done. She has short, curly fringes that have splayed ends which are covered by a headband. Her eyes are dark green with bright pupils . She always has a smile that is warm in her mouth.Her superhero costume is an unisex navy blue shirt that has high collar that is buttoned up to the chin. She also wears puffed shorts that have pinstripes of orange and green pattern , and a corset adorned with smileys in yellow. Underneath , she has the white V-shaped belt along with her hand, she wears yellow gloves padded with gold plates on the lower and knuckles as well as thick metal cylinders as well as iron arm rings around the wrists.
Also, she wears an orange headband and her costume often comes with a white sanitary mask. On either side of the mask are two circular shapes with smiley faces.

Ms. Joke is well-known for her jovial personality. She has a sly sense of humor. She attempted at making Shota Aizawa laugh by demonstrating her quip however, he was unable to remove her quirk at the right time.
