The characters of the anime are very entertaining to watch, particularly the main character, Iruma. Season 2 of Mairimashita! Iruma Kun was an equally thrilling ride. This sets us up for a great experience from the third season of Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun, we look at it with excitement.

Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun manga is compared to the anime

The plot of the anime series is based on Mairimashita! Iruma-kun written by the illustrator and writer Osamu Nishi (Hotel Helheim).

Weekly, new chapters are released within Akita’s Weekly Shonen Champion magazine. The second season of the anime premiered at the beginning of April in 2021, the manga was in Volume 21 and more than 200 chapters were released. In January 2022 the manga was at Chapter 25, and contained the chapters up to Chapter 222.

A spin-off show called Makai no Shuyaku wa Wareware da! (We Are the Main Characters of the Demon World!) manga started serializing in January 2021. As of March 2021, it was up to Volume 4.

Unfortunately there isn’t a North American publisher has licensed the rights to the official English translation of The Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun manga series.

Thankfully, there are also unofficial fan-created scanlation projects. Because of the popularity of the anime television series the raw chapters have been translated and are available for regular updates.

A few Manga adaptations that are anime attempt to create episodes panel-by-panel which are utterly identical to the original source material. While the Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun anime isn’t without its flaws, it does and alters the order of events (Clara’s seduction lesson initially took place in Cannonball Execution arc). Cannonball Execution arc), even manga fans are of the opinion that the changes were welcomed.

For instance, Purson Soi, the purple-haired misfit in the class, was briefly seen in earlier manga chapters, but he’s actually a character that appears as a background character right from the start on in the show. Purson appears frequently, throughout Season 2 and spotting him is similar to playing “Where’s Purson?”.

The ultimate wallpaper character Purson (Iruma must be jealous) will eventually get his own storyline in Chapters 147 to 151, as the 13th member of The Misfits Class. The character is also the cover for the manga Volume 18. Based on the pace of the anime and storyline, it could be changed by the end of the third season, however Purson’s arc is likely to happen within the first half of Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun Season 4.

Instead of relying on filler material, the first season also infused a sense of humor by introducing a variety of musical numbers as bonus items. Of of course, it’s entirely up to the viewer to decide whether Clara singing can be annoying or amusing.

The pace of the first season was close to two chapters per episode. The first season was concluded with the adaptation of Chapter 43 from Volume 6.

Episode 23 was an opening to the new season and a unique anime conclusion that revealed the way Iruma realized that the way he is now a part of the other inhabitants from the Netherworld. Episode 24 ended the story with a brief recap which was based on the opening of manga Chapter 44.

The most obvious issue during the transition from seasons was the conclusion cliffhanger in which Lord Sullivan is frightened to be scolded by Evil Iruma. People who only watched anime probably got whiplash as the angry Iruma was absent even during the second season.

Manga readers were aware of this as Azazel Ameri as well as an arc called the Student Council Training arc were to follow. Iruma was not transformed into his wicked form until the moment he was welcomed the Demon School! Iruma-kun Season 2 Episode 5.

It’s noteworthy that they welcome you to Demon School! Iruma-kun Season 2 Episode 2 upped the pace to three chapters, from 46 to 48. The anime skipped over a scene in which a hungry Iruma was caught up in a magical circuit puzzle

In addition, the episode widened some jokes and included extra scenes. The most enjoyable moment was when Ameri’s father Henri thought of Iruma and Ameri’s wedding day as “grandpa Henri” holding a baby who looked like Lord Sullivan!

The mid-season finale was Welcome to Demon School! In Iruma-kun Season 2 Episode 11: The anime was wrapping up the story arc of final exams.

From the opening credits that show Amy Kirio in prison, we knew in advance that the next season would change until at the very least Chapter 88. Because the first season only occasionally featured filler content such as music numbers, the second season increased the pace for specific episodes, and it also included manga chapters, despite having less episodes overall.

It was predicted with confidence that the final episode would change the order of the timeline slightly, by adjusting Chapter 94 in Season 2 Episode 20.

The adaptation of Chapter 94 out of order can be a satisfying conclusion to the season, since it’s also when you get to see the Ameri x Iruma ship first begins sailing, with their first date.

Overall It is expected that the season’s second finale”Welcome Demon School! Demon School! The Iruma-Kun Series 2 Episode 21 will have a point of no return which is akin to Chapter 93 of Volume 11 and the first few pages from Chapter 95.

It’s the ideal stop point because it’s the end of the first school year. It’s the perfect ending for the Amusement Park storyline Chapter 88 was an option however leaving the anime-only audience waiting for the next year to finish Chapter 88 would have been quite a cliffhanger, since it’s also the moment when Iruma first starts asking Ameri to meet for a date and the following short story arc is an ideal place to transition.

Consider how the themes from Chapters 95 and 93 are interconnected Chapter 93 is an opening to the future arcs as it features Iruma thinking about how to become The Demon King… with Lord Sullivan completely in support of his beloved grandson taking over the throne obviously!

This would mean that we are now Demon School! The Iruma-kun Season 3 Episode 1 would take the story back in Volume 11 Chapter 95 and is the start of the second series. Manga fans who are English-only and wish to keep reading prior to the anime visit these fan-translation projects.

Even better, the manga series is a wealth of content for Mairimashita! Iruma-kun Season 3 is expected to be a second season of two courses. It is predicted this season’s third one will conclude with the adaptation of an adaptation of the Harvest Festival, which is the longest story arc of the entire series so far having 38 chapters.
