A fourth-dimensional axis, called Dimension W, is discovered to exist in 2036. To draw out the infinite supply of energy in Dimension W, cross-dimensional electromagnetic induction devices (known as Coils) were created. New Tesla Energy and governments constructed sixty enormous towers all over the globe in the form of an icosahedron.
As the world system enters its tenth anniversary of operation, Coils of various sizes provide remote electric power to everything from smartphones to cars and robots. Illicit uses of dangerous, unregistered Coils are possible.
They don’t send any information back to New Tesla Energy. The illegal Coils are being confiscated by Bounty Hunters known as Collectors.
Kyouma Mabuchi is one of the Collectors. She is a Coil-hating loner and meets Mira Yurizaki who is the gynoid child of New Tesla Energy’s intellectual founder. Mira is shocked to discover that her father disappeared while activating an experimental double-ringed Coil. Mira joins a reluctant Kyouma, and follows the illegal Coils.

Dimension W Season 2 Renewal Status
For their unique plot and art style, the first season of anime received positive reviews. Everyone expected that Studio 3Hz or Orange would pick up the anime after the first season was over.
But that didn’t happen. The makers have not cancelled or renewed Dimension W Season 2. Fans still hope that the makers will soon give them greenlight.
