Our Last Crusade or the rise of a New World Plot

Since the beginning of time, a conflict has been raging between the technologically advanced Empire and Nebulis which is the home of Magical Girls – until a young and powerful knight from the Empire meets the princess of Nebulis. Though they were meant to be adversaries but they find themselves attracted to one another. Are there ever going to be peace between nations?

Our Last Crusade or the Rise of a New World manga/light novel series in comparison to the anime

The story of the anime is inspired by the Our Last Crusade or the Rise of a New World light novel series written by author Kei Sazane, and illustrated by Ao Nekonabe. It was first released in May of 2017 under Kadokawa’s Fujimi Fantasia Bunko imprint, it’s in Volume 11 on May 20 20, 2021. A short story collection was released on the 19th of December in 2020.

The original author collaborated with artist okama to create The Our Last Crusade or the Rise of a New World manga adaptation. The series will continue until Volume 7 by April 28th 2021.

Yen Press is publishing the official English translation of both the light novels as well as manga for North America. The English books were in Volume 6 by the 20th of April, 2020 and Volume 7 is scheduled for September 21 2021. It was reported that the English manga was at Volume 3 by October 27, 2020.

In the case of light books being transformed into anime, it’s inevitable that the story is condensed because of the limitations on time that are inherent to the episodic form.

As mentioned previously the initial episode was not able to entice viewers because of the focus on typical RomCom banter. In contrast, the show could have explored the motivations of Iska for his actions in a more detailed manner.

In the novel that is light, when Iska liberates the young witch, he informs her that it’s wrong to lock up the weak child. He also says He also wishes to release more children. Iska offers the girl instructions to go into a neutral city and the story recounts how stunned she was the next morning when she heard about being arrested on the news.

The Iska against. Alice battle scene was altered in small ways. If it had been been acted out as in the books the story would be far too long to fit in the format of anime.

Episode 3 concluded the first volume of the book. The pace of the anime’s initial three episodes might be brisk however it covered all the important plot points that are necessary to establish Iska and Alice’s romance.

The issue was that KimiSen anime was able to jump into Capt.’s Merkava Mi.62 and accelerated for Episodes 4 and 5. Together both episodes were adapted to the ending of Volume 2, which is the manga chapter 16.

With Captain Mismis being entombed in the vortex, and then transformed into an astral witch Our Last Crusade or the Rise of a New World Episodes 6-9 adapted to Volume 3.

The increased speed was not an unwelcome surprise given the fact that Alice’s sister Sisbell is a very popular character among the Japanese. Sisbell is often mentioned in the beginning but she doesn’t appear in the next volume until Volume 4. (It also means that the show included a mandatory beach bikini show.)

Based on the pacing of the anime, Our Last Crusade or the Rise of a New World Episode 12 was a conclusion in Volume 4.

It’s a good stop-gap however, it’s at the risk in ending the story on a high-stakes note. The viewers of the anime are left wondering until the Sisbell/Nebulis plot arc begins to unfold.

However it’s superior to ending with Volume 5. Although a stoppage like this would have ended with an epic battle, it could leave viewers who only watch anime with more questions, particularly since the pace could have been too fast.

The positive side is that there’s plenty of original material available to Silver Link to make Our Last Crusade or the Rise of a New World Season 2.

Even better, fans of only English who would like to read the first chapter of the show can start right away with Volume 5 in English Our Last Crusade as well as The Rise of a New World Volume 5 that “coincidentally” was released on the same day as the first season’s conclusion. If not, KimiSen manga readers will be waiting until later in 2021, when the manga’s story picks up to the sixth volume.

KimiSen Season 2 anime spoilers (plot synopsis/summary)

The last time that viewers of the anime watched the show on TV in the past, they were taught that Sisbell was the little girl Iska saved at the beginning of. Sisbell was snatched by the Empire as she tried to unravel a plot that could threaten both the Nebulis royal family as well as the government.

Sisbell is determined to find out the truth behind what happened 100 years ago that triggered the war. While she does have the power to see back to the past but she isn’t able to see that far, nor does she have the ability to be able to see enough to determine the identity of the current conspirators.

This is because Sisbell isn’t sure who to trust other than her butler. However, she’s discovered she’s in the love of Iska and wants Iska to be her subordinate in Nebulis. When Alice was caught by Sisbell in a hug with Iska while walking in the city that is neutral, Alice nearly collapsed in the jealousy.

The plot heats up after someone attempted to murder the Queen and her cabinet with the power of astral spirits. Witches ran amok seeking to hunt down Sisbell. Sisbell’s Butler has disappeared after he went to the palace in order to arrange for her return.

In the 6th volume of the series, Alice is trying to find the person responsible for the attempt to assassinate. Alice is stronger than her sisters because the Nebulis Sovereignty is the most concerned about the power of her family, she’s on track to become her successor as queen. Other candidates are Kissing of the Zoa family as well as Mizerhyby of Hydra.

As she had previously agreed Nebulis offers the Captain Mismis the patches that reduce her spirit energy and conceal the mark of an astral soul in her body. Iska is then escorts Sisbell towards the palace of the royals But Alice’s older sister, 20-year old Elletear Lou Nebulis IX, shows up.

Elletear persuades everyone to stay for 10 days in the private Lou family residence close to the palace. They’re only willing to accept the idea because the Lou family doesn’t want anybody to know about the Sisbell’s “foreign military,” nor do they would like the Empire to believe that Iska’s team is a threat to the Empire.

Alice appears right at the time Iska as well as Sibell search her bedroom for surveillance equipment. Her utter horror they are searching through Alice’s secret clothing closet.

In the evening, Elletear calls Iska to her bedroom, and the conversation that ensues turns into an argument between the three sisters. In the end, Iska is forced to share the same bed with the group… And Alice isn’t able to resist getting an itch.

The entire saga is disrupted by a massive artillery attack from the Imperial Army. It is the Imperial Army and the elite Saint Apostles are invading the palace and everything is set in fires.

The Empire also targets the villa, however it is the “Imperial soldiers” will end up being Nebulis infiltrators disguised. It is only Sisbell and Iska’s team know the truth, however it’s akin to an Imperial attack on the other Nebulis.

The most shocking thing is the fact that Elletear seems to be working for the Empire? The conflict is heating up and Alice’s older sister is believed to be the one to blame.

The truth about the conspiracy will shake the country to the core. True artificial monsters will be brought to light as will what was thought to be the “invincibility” that the family of royals has will prove to be a fabrication. Can the world stay out of an all-out conflict?

Unfortunately, the fans of anime must be patient until the Our Last Crusade or the Rise of a New World Season 2 release date to find out what is to come the next.
