Kenji Hikiishi, MHA, is a retired Japanese military officer and current senior advisor to the Japan Foundation. He has been involved in many aspects of Japanese society and government since retiring from the military in 1998. Hikiishi’s career began as an intelligence officer with the Japan Defense Agency (JDA) in the early 1970s. He then served as a lieutenant colonel in the JDA’s Special Operations Command before becoming an intelligence officer with the Japan Security Forces Command (JSF). From 1984 to 1988, he was also a senior intelligence officer with the Japan National Police Agency (JNPA). Hikiishi then served as an assistant professor at Kyoto University from 1990 to 1998. From 1998 to 2002, he was a visiting professor at The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. From 2002 to 2006, he was a senior fellow at The Brookings Institution in Washington D.C. Since retiring from his position as a senior advisor to the Japan Foundation, Hikiishi has focused on his research into Japanese society and government. His research focuses on issues such as political culture and democracy; security culture and security policy; social structure and social welfare; economic development; and international relations. In addition, he has written several books on these topics.

In Mha, Magne is a transsexual female. But, her male traits were still evident with a muscular, large body with a round jaw, with small signs of beard. Her hair was dark red/magenta, long and straight. His lips were full and pink, and he had triangular sunglasses and white frames that shut his eyes. She had a dark orange, unbuttoned t-shirt , a white tank top with a v-neck blue jeans and the belt, with dark brown flat shoes.

In My Hero Academia, Magne had a savage and violent personality like an infamous criminal like her. Magne had joined the Union in order to live her life fully as woman, as she chose to live. That’s why she’s refused to accept the position of an Overhaul subordinate. Magne demonstrated incredible ability and quickness in making deductive skills for instance, when she realized she was aware that Izuku Midoriya was the one that had been defeated by Muscular and had to be taken out of the action as soon as possible and also when she suggested pursuing those students who saved Katsuki Bakugo.

Magne was proven to be an extremely skilled Villain, assisted by an Quirk effective in defense or attack Magnetism. With the assistance of two friends who were of the same gender Magne could make them magnets to make them fight each other off and throw them at high speed at opponents. Magne can also draw enemies in the dark and draw them closer to strike them with pinpoint accuracy.
As per Tiger, Magne had earned the reputation of being responsible for several serious crimes including 9 armed robberies. Three murders, and nearly 29 attempts at murder. In the fight she was able deflect a variety of blows from Tiger and effortlessly get around one of his pointless shots, even though Tiger has a lot of strength. When the Union did not want to provide Overhaul, Magne attacked the Yakuza boss, who suddenly magnetized the boss to catch him and hit the boss.

Quirk
Magnetism Kenji’s Quirk enabled her to magnetise anyone within her vicinity, with a radius that was 4.5 metres. The magnetism could apply to the entire body or just a particular portion of the body. Men were able to be magnetised by the south pole while women were magnetised with the north pole. Magne was not able to attract herself, however.Super Moves
Night Cannon for Repulsion and Separation Magne attracted two persons who were of the same gender to repel one another and kept one of the two. The other one was repelled with incredible speed.
