When he is thanked by the Cat for his care and he explains that Kota like many youngsters of his age, grew in the popular worship of heroes and every other kid in his situation would have been awestruck by the heroes. Pixiebob tells him Kota’s story.
The next day, Kota silently observes the 1-A class. At night that same morning when he spots the kids cooking their meal He snorts that they’re just wasting time and food and walks away to the mountain. Izuku observes the situation and decides to go with his path.Izuku discovers Kota sitting on the top of the hill. The sight of him slightly frightens the boy. Izuku is seated beside him and gives him an opportunity to taste this curry. It’s a small bowl that he brought. Kota is rudely refusing and declares that their attempts to train and to enhance their flaws will only make him cringe. Izuku wants to know Kota whether it’s true the fact that both of his parents played on on the Seahorse team.
Kota believes that Mandalay has informed Izuku that, however, Kota claims that he’s had a brief glimpse of them and assumed that they had something to have to do with his. In the response, Kota expresses his contempt for our modern world. He is extremely annoyed by the way that villains and heroes make use of their quirks to make themselves look good, not aware that they can harm people or themselves.
Izuku realizes that Kota isn’t only averse to heroes, but quirks as a whole. He does not respond to Kota however, Kota does show sympathy to Kota. Kota insists that Izuku go. In the meantime, Izuku, implying himself informs Kota of the story of his “friend” who was born with no quirk, yet wanted to be an hero. Izuku tells Kota it is the moral is that it’s only you who suffers because of his inability to accept the reality. Disenchanted by his words, Kota shouts for Izuku to leave and then begins to harass him.
Izuku apologizes to Kota for not being able help Kota, and leaves an uncooked curry dish on the ground and then goes on to leave. After Izuku departs, the school is attacked immediately by Advanced Squad. Kota is eager to climb into the mountains, and she is confronted by a mask-wearing villain or some other. The villain snarkily proposes to exchange his hat for a mask. Kota attempts to flee however, the villain, making use of his quirk is able to leap ahead of him and takes off the mask.
After seeing the villain’s face, Kota recalls that the news report about the demise of his parents referred to the person responsible for their death. The report stated that the villain is capable of doubling his strength and is most likely to have no eyesight. Kota is shocked to think it’s the one right in his face. At once, Izuku who doesn’t have the time to leave and thus has heard Kota’s screams, shows up before him.
The phone he has is broken which means he’s unable to communicate with anyone. He’s not even disclosed to anyone his plans and the rest of the world is far away. Izuku realizes that he has no choice but to defend Kota from the villain.
Izuku utilizes one for all to take on Muscle but the energy he loses is recovered fast, which means there’s no way that to defeat him. Kota throws an object at the villain and asks him if you have ever racked up your parents in like he tortures Izuku. Muscle thinks whether Seahorse had a child , and declares that their encounter was bound to happen.
Kota accuses him of murdering them, but the villain mocks Kota back, saying there is no grudge against the Seahorses for losing their eyes. The Seahorses are indeed pathetic as they believed that they were able to stop him with their powerless abilities, and prepares to strike Kota.
In the midst of this, Izuku is taking advantage of Muscle’s apathy is able to evaluate the situation. He realizes Izuku is way too fast and his odds of beating his strength are very slim and he smacks him on his broken arm. Muscle is snarky and says to Izuku that his weak strength will not help him here.
Izuku responds to the fact that, being a heroic figure, he must put his life at risk to protect other people. In the face of no other option to make, he decides to show the power behind his character.
Izuku utilizes the entire One For All to defeat the villain, who nips him to a rock , and somewhat destroys the rock. Kota does fall however, but Izuku is able to hold him in the scruff of the neck. He makes the most of his escape before Muscle awakes after which he realizes that the criminal has managed to make use of his muscle strength to defend himself from the blow and isn’t hurt in any way.
Izuku is stunned to discover to discover that his plan did not work. In a state of confusion about what else to think of Izuku frantically seeks out Muscle what the reason is for why it is that the League of Villains would want to strike. Muscle responds that he isn’t interested in the purposes that are set by the League of Villains, and the reason he joined was to stay away from boredom.
Izuku can fend off another attack from the villain, but the second one flings Kota and Kota back into the rocks. Izuku realizes it is his most effective alternative however the villain’s unimaginable speed makes it impossible for them to run therefore all he has to fight. Izuku advises Kota to sprint toward the hulls at full speed. He is then confronted by the villain once more.
Kota is hesitant to take Izuku’s advice since he doubts his intentions. Izuku strikes Muscle with an Detroit punch, and then yells at Kota to sprint as fast as they can. The villain knocks Izuku onto the floor before pushing him down. Izuku fights to limit his strength.
Then Kota immediately smothers Muscle with water , using his quirk, something was never shown before and demands that he leave Izuku to his own devices. Muscle informs Kota that he’ll destroy Izuka first before killing him. Confirming that he can achieve this, Izuku overpowers himself and takes the villain out.
He employs his Detroit Delaware Kick against him to knock off the villain. Kota does not understand the reason Izuku would go as in a way to protect an individual he has never met and he reminisces about the time when Mandalay once informed him that one day he’d discover that his parents gave their lives to safeguard the lives of other people.
He is also aware that heroes put their lives on the line for their fellow humans to be able to call the person they are “my hero”. In a state of shock, he starts to cry.He is crying.Izuku informs Kota the mission isn’t finished, and they must informing Aizawa along with The Wildcats of the villain’s identity before Kota gets up. He requests him to use his ability for putting out the flame in the forest and save other people just like he helped himself. Izuku throws Kota on his back , and goes deep into the jungle.
Then he comes across Aizawa and leaves Kota with him, and requests that he help him, and then disappears. Kota tears because he did not have time to make amends to Izuku. Aizawa informs Kota that Izuku will be fine and that he must apologize whenever he comes across Izuku again. In the corps, Aizawa asks Kana to care for Kota. The advance group captures Katsuki and then retreats.A few days after, Izuku, lying in hospital, receives a note from Kota who expresses thanks to Kota for saving him, apologizes and hopes that he’ll recuperate soon.
