Ahiru no Sora Season 2 : Renewal Status

Both the critics and the audience loved the first season of Ahiru no Sora. The show’s unique storyline makes it appealing to viewers. Ahiru No Sora received a high rating due to its intense basketball action and drama. It received a 7.31 score on MyAnimeList, which has many members.

The only thing preventing Ahiru no Sora season 2 from happening is Takeshi Hinata’s and Diomedea’s conflict. Their conflict is negatively affecting anime. Hinata doesn’t like the anime adaptation and wants it to be picked up by another studio.

The best thing for the future of the anime is that the author settles his differences with the studio. Only then can they give green light for its second season.

Ahiru no Sora Season 2 : Resource Material

During its 50-episode run, the first season of anime made many changes to its source material’s storyline. These changes were not detrimental to the anime’s storyline, which fans appreciated.

Hinata, the manga author, wasn’t happy with the anime adaptation. Hinata even posted several tweets apologizing to fans of the series. He also found many plot holes in the anime, and had issues with its pacing. The average episode featured three chapters from manga.

The show had 139 chapters by the end and reached Volume 18 as its final stop. The production studio has 51 manga series and therefore more content than they need to create Ahiru no Sora season 2. With the remaining source material, they can create three more seasons.

Ahiru no Sora Season 2 Release Date

If the mangaka or the studio don’t solve the problem, Ahiru no Sora won’t happen. Fans are affected by the differences and won’t be able to enjoy the next season.

It’s a shame that we have not received the next installment due to the show’s huge popularity. We wish the studio all the best in producing the next season.
