Group TAC transformed this manga to create an animated series, which ran for 26 episodes and was directed by Takahiro Oromi. The debut episode in October 2004. The first season ended on May 5, 2005. Gakuen Alice Season 1: Recap Story
Mikan Sakura was raised by her grandpa on her grandfather’s home in the Japanese countryside. When her best friend Hotaru Imai, moves to a prestigious college situated in Tokyo, Mikan follows her. It is an elite academy for gifted individuals who have Alices ability, which is unique to the person being.
After Mikan is at the gate to the academy, she is greeted by one of the Alice instructor named Narumi and is accepted after a string of events, and then is informed that she has the rare Alice.

While the mystery of the academy entangles her in and endless pit despair and a series if trials to overcome, she realizes that the power of friendship is crucial for her and leads her to the path she’s chosen.

The debut season of the comedy anime show was met with a huge reception from viewers. Also, critics gave positive review of the show. However, the fans were not able to watch its second season. They’re very disappointed with it being that creators have not revealed the fate of the show.
